Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in crafting footwear of exceptional quality and refined style. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Flip Flops & Slides unless they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • A proof of purchase must be provided
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Flip Flops & Slides must be in original, unworn condition with packaging intact

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Request Authorization
    Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
    • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
    • Your full name and contact information
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to return including product name and size
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Instructions
    Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Package and Ship
    Carefully package the items in their original box, include all original packaging materials, and seal securely. Affix the return label provided and ship to the address specified in your instructions.
  4. Confirmation and Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or style:

  • Follow the same process as outlined for returns
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify your preferred alternative
  • We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item
  • We will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
