5. Returns and Exchanges

- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged
5.2 Special Conditions for Flip Flops & Slides
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Flip Flops & Slides unless they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
