All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

3.4 Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. We cannot guarantee changes after this period as orders quickly enter our processing system.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included and undamaged
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged

5.2 Special Conditions for Flip Flops & Slides

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Flip Flops & Slides unless they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

   • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
   • Your full name and contact information
   • Order number
   • Item(s) to return including product name and size
   • Reason for return
2. Wait for our instructions and Return Authorization Number
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided in your instructions

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days:

• Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes for returned items are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the return process and clearly indicate your exchange preference. We will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
